This Privacy Policy explains what data MatchVibe.love collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described below.

MatchVibe.love is an entertainment-style compatibility test platform. We aim to collect only what is needed to run the service.

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Names or nicknames you enter into the compatibility tools.
• Birth dates, if used for a Zodiac test.
• Zodiac signs.
• Relationship type and test type (Love, Name, Crush, Zodiac).
• Compatibility score and result data generated by the service.
• Paid report access token and order metadata (such as payment session ID, amount, currency, and timestamp).
• Email address if you provide one through Stripe at checkout or when contacting support.
• Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, and basic log data.
• Cookies or analytics data, where applicable (see section 6).

We use the data above to:

• Generate compatibility results from the inputs you provide.
• Create and deliver paid reports through a private report link.
• Process payments and provide proof of purchase.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Improve the service, including content quality and user experience.
• Respond to your support requests.

Payments are processed by Stripe. MatchVibe.love does not see or store full card details. Stripe may process limited payment metadata (such as your email, payment status, and last four digits of your card) under its own privacy policy.

We receive only the information Stripe shares back with us to confirm payment and deliver your report, such as the payment session ID, amount, currency, and email if provided.

The site uses essential cookies as needed to run the service (for example, to keep an admin session). We may add anonymized analytics in the future to understand site usage and improve the product; if and when this is enabled, an appropriate notice will be shown.

Where analytics events are recorded, they are limited to non-identifying signals such as test type, score range, score category, an optional zodiac pair, and timestamps. They do not include the names you submit.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers strictly to run the service, including:

• Hosting and database providers.
• Payment processors (Stripe).
• Email and support tooling, if used to reply to your requests.
• Analytics tooling, if and when enabled.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users, the public, or the operator.

We do not sell personal data.

Free test inputs and result events may be retained for service operation, abuse prevention, and aggregated analytics.

Paid report and order data may be retained as long as needed for ongoing access to your report, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

When data is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized.

Depending on the laws in your country, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

The service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable local law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

MatchVibe.love is operated from Hong Kong but may be accessed globally. Depending on the location of our service providers, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the service you consent to such cross-border processing where permitted by law.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
