These Terms govern your use of MatchVibe, operated by Pulsar Global Holdings Limited. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the service

MatchVibe provides entertainment and personal-discovery experiences, including compatibility tools, generated reports, portraits, and future-visual experiences. Results are interpretive and entertainment-oriented and are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice.

No account required

MatchVibe may allow use and purchase without creating an account. Private links, recovery mechanisms, and locally stored anonymous profile information may therefore be important for maintaining access to your results.

Paid experiences

Paid MatchVibe experiences are one-time purchases unless a product explicitly states otherwise before checkout. Prices and currencies are displayed before payment. A verified payment may initiate generation of the purchased result.

Generated results

Generated text and images may vary and may contain imperfections. MatchVibe does not guarantee that generated content will resemble a real person, predict future events, or establish objective compatibility between people. Product scores use MatchVibe rules and should not be treated as factual predictions.

Photo-based experiences

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for photographs you upload. You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized material. MatchVibe may reject unusable or prohibited inputs and may apply technical quality checks before generation.

Public sharing

If you intentionally create or use a public share feature, information presented on that public page may be accessible to others. Private result links and recovery credentials must not be treated as public sharing links.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent payment or access controls, abuse generation systems, violate another person's rights, or use MatchVibe for unlawful purposes.

Availability

MatchVibe may change, suspend, replace, or discontinue features. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, provider outages, security measures, or other operational circumstances.

Intellectual property

MatchVibe branding, software, product design, scoring systems, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Rights in user-provided material remain subject to applicable law and the permissions necessary to operate the requested service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MatchVibe is provided without guarantees that every result will meet subjective expectations or that the service will always be uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in MatchVibe, applicable law, providers, or business operations. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective is subject to applicable law.
